Roch Frey

Roch has been involved with the sport of triathlon for the past twenty years and has been bringing this valuable experience for the past fifteen years into his personal coaching. With a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, majoring in Coaching, Roch has a wealth of information to share with his personal clients.
A former professional triathlete from Canada who's coaching expertise has becoming world renown among the very best in the sport. Having won the Canadian Long Course National Championships in 1993, Roch turned to full-time coaching the following year.
In 1999 Roch combined forces with Multisports.com and together with partners Paul Huddle, Paula Newby-Fraser and John Duke, they hold numerous triathlon-training camps each year throughout the world. In addition to his personal coaching, together with Paul Huddle, Roch has established online training programs that cover all distances of triathlons from sprint to Ironman and accommodate all levels of triathletes.
Roch is currently coaching all levels and ages of multi-sport athletes from beginner to professional athletes. Some of his athletes have included:
- Peter Reid - 3 time Ironman World Champion
- Heather Fuhr - Ironman World Champion
- Kate Major - Ironman Champion
In addition to his work with Multisports.com, Roch works closely with World Triathlon Corporation and is a co-race director of the following events:

- Ironman Arizona
- Ironman St.George
